Rate: Up to $100,000 depending on experience
Our client, a CPG company in Dallas, is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team! This full time role requires 5 days in the office per week and offers a competitive benefits package with learning and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing or consumer marketing. Fashion or beauty industry experience is a plus!

Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to create quarterly sell-in presentations for product launches and marketing initiatives
- Develop shopper marketing programs, including digital and influencer support, promotions, offers, in-store messaging and displays, and more
- Lead the promotions process and manage the shopper marketing budget with support from the Senior Brand Manager
- Manage new product set-up process, including creating presentations, determining pricing, setting SKUs, product positioning, seasonal promotions, and more
- Manage vendor relationships for display projects and key promotions; collaborate with purchasing on finalizing promotional orders
- Utilize data and insights to understand market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist the creative team in developing and maintaining the Marketing Job Calendar to ensure deadlines are met
- Bachelors degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Team player with the proven ability to work cross functionally
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
- Creative mindset with ability to generate original ideas and solutions
