We are looking for friendly sales professionals to join our Internet Sales department. In this role, you will assist customers who inquire about vehicles online and over the phone, reach out to prospective buyers and schedule sales appointments. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred. Internet sales experience is even better, but not required. Successful candidates are outgoing, able to quickly connect with others, and comfortable with handling objections. Come join our team!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM tracking system to track daily activities
  • Promptly and professionally respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone calls, and texting
  • Generate sales appointments using proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with sales leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Focused on the customer s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
  • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and Outlook are helpful
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
