- Plan and monitor inventory levels based on production schedule and SAP system demand.
- Work with Procurement to ensure Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders are accurate.
- Create, release, and monitor Process Orders for use in manufacturing.
- Accountable for SAP data reports to monitor demand, inventory levels, and other information to support uninterrupted supply of materials for manufacturing.
- Escalate material concerns to local management as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams as Supply Chain Planning representative.
- Support master data maintenance, including creation of new SAP numbers and submission of master data changes.
- Work with procurement and quality groups on vendor return transactions.
- Work with cross-functional team to coordinate and lead disposal of inventory intended for destruction/disposal.
- Oversee and approve material requests in support of process studies and validation, etc.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP system.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Lean Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of investigation/change management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines.
- 2-4 years of work-related experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP s, Federal and State regulatory requirements, Company policies/procedures, and documentation practices.
