A non-profit information technology organization is seeking a Remote Member Success Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Cultivate leads, discuss rate options, and secure contracts
Evaluate the current member landscape to identify key customer segments
Required Skills:
Familiar with payment integration landscape, payment types, credit card rates and overall industry trends
Demonstrated success accomplishing large projects on time with multiple stakeholders
Experience communicating customer requirements to technical teams
