Job Details

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's Degree and CPA Certification

• 8+ years of work experience in external audit and/or TAS at a public accounting firm
• Recent Merger & Acquisition experience
• 2/3 of clients are private equity
• 1/3 public entities
• 75% of clients are Healthcare 25% are M&D, retail
• 90% Buy 10% Sell
