Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Director responsible for managing a large portfolio of integration projects stemming from business deals, and overseeing a team of managers and project managers. As a key member of the revenue cycle team, the Director will work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute business objectives. The incumbent will ensure the team is able to successfully execute on multiple integrations of new business into Radiology Partner's revenue cycle process and ensure successful handoff to ongoing billing operations.

Position Duties And Responsibilities

Independently manages main portfolio of integration projects for the Revenue Cycle team, including billing vendor migrations and onboarding new client volumes
Serves as the single point of contact within RCM Integrations for key team functions
Manages multiple teammates, each with their own portfolio of integration projects
Defines success and tracks performance metrics across the internal team
Works to strengthen relationships with key stakeholder teams (eg IT, Billing System Setup, Provider Enrollment) to drive accountability, track SLAs, and provide feedback towards overall integration success
Communicates anticipated risks within portfolio early, including any potential impacts to revenue
Leads and manages client and practice leadership communications
Identify process improvement activities and manage teammates to drive to completion
Develop, mentor, and train teammates by investing in professional development activities and revenue cycle knowledge
Occasionally lead large-scale, ad hoc implementation projects to drive efficiency and performance

Desired Technical And Professional Skills And Experience

Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 3-5 years of related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of management-level experience in healthcare revenue cycle experience required, with experience in professional billing strongly preferred
5+ years of project management experience required
Ability to manage multiple teams and levels, with independent decision-making capabilities
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and very adaptable to change
Demonstrates ability to successfully lead teams and promote continuous growth
Strong problem-solving and strategic alignment skills
Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills directed at VP level and above
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
