Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining day to day contact with accounts that will help develop client relationships to increase sales within the company. The ideal candidate will service customers by responding to client needs, building relationships, quoting orders, and following up on deliveries. The Inside Sales Representative will also need to be able to operate computer equipment, and must display excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills. The hours of operation for this position are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Developing and building client account relationships for the company
Resolving any customer merchandise issues
Supporting Outside Sales Representatives by catering to customer needs
Cold calling and following up with multiple accounts daily
Following up with accounts after they have ordered product to ensure quality assurance with the company
Requirements
Must be well-versed in basic computer functions
Reliable transportation
No scheduling conflicts
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
