Job description:
DevOps Dev
- 7+ year Engineering delivery experience, with hands on DevOps experience of delivery within Agile SDLC/teams with CDCI.
- -Set up complete CI/CD pipeline using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jfrog Artifactory.
- Designed and implemented full-scale transformation enabling the automation and continuous integration/ deployment to customer applications.
- Handled implementation of continuous monitoring tools Jenkins, Teamcity, Git Hub and Git Actions
- Experience of environment setup including DevOps tool from scratch
- Worked on Jenkins, docker by procuring the servers from AWS.
- Strong experience in VCS tool Git with branching/merging and resolving conflicts.
- Stakeholder management- Continuous interaction with the client and meeting client expectations by suggesting available tools
to automate the deployment and monitoring tasks
- Worked on Containers with Dockers, familiar with orchestration tools like Kubernetes, know how to
setup Kubernetes cluster
- Worked in Openshift to create build manually and upload the image to docker hub, (these images can then be pulled for deployments
in Higher environments), monitoring pods status and identify the root cause of any issue when pods crash
Technologies:
- Build/CICD: Jenkins, Teamcity, Git Hub and Git Actions, Maven, Sonar, Docker.
- Development: Basic Java – TDD / BDD testing related
- Oracle DB (preferable) or other RDBS/SQL know-how;
Know how/exposure to below advantageous:
- Spring, Springboot, Bootstrap, Angular JS frameworks; IntelliJ/Eclipse;
- Banking/Finance know how preferable
