Security Systems Analyst

As a Security Systems Analyst, you will work directly with the Chief Information Security Officer to deter, monitor, analyze, investigate and respond to Cyber security threats and network intrusions. More information about your future duties and responsibilities can be found below:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and create standard operating procedures to further secure client and internal data and empower staff with security education.
• Participate in a lead capacity for incident response, threat intelligence, and forensic functions.
• Research and understand emerging information threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
• Perform information security control reviews and security audits with clients over various industries.
• Provide compliance, risk, and controls expertise to support information security and compliance initiatives.
• Perform SOC operations to include monitoring, reporting, and response to malicious activity.
• Manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects.
• Perform security assessments including penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and review of firewall settings.
• Consult with key stakeholders regarding information system vulnerabilities and how to remediate them in an understandable and educational format.
• Assist and train other staff on security threats and audit techniques.

Desired Certifications:

• Security+, CEH, GSEC, CySA+, CISSP
• VCP, Server+, Cloud+, CCSP
• MCSE Core, GCWN, MCSA Server, MTA, A+
• Programming/ Scripting Language (Java Script, Python, Power Shell)
• A candidate with equivalent or only some of the certifications listed above are welcome to apply.
