Remote Dentistry Provider Sourcer

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Dentistry Provider Sourcer to join the TA Team. This is a full-time remote position. Candidates located in the Sarasota, Florida area are preferred however, all candidates must be located in; AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WI, or WV.

The Dentistry Provider Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcer will support our TA team by searching for candidates for open roles and creating a proactive pipeline of individuals in this highly competitive market. This role will coordinate all the sourcing activities but also closely work together with recruiters, hiring managers, other members of the Talent Acquisition department. Activities include managing the various sourcing channels and the company’s talent pool and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates.

The Talent Acquisition team is critical to the continued success at DCA and our future growth plans. This role will be influential in our hiring process leveraging candidate information to inform the best path forward for our TA team and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
• Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions
• In partnership with the recruiter, build relationships with business leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand business drivers, the external talent pool, and the immediate and long-term talent needs
• Identify additional platforms, social media and other online channels with which to search providing access to additional candidates
• Provide updates on talent pipelines and sourcing activities
• Conduct in depth candidate reviews and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiters
• Ability to successfully navigate, create and utilize recruitment technology and tools for sourcing strategies and job postings
• Create a consistent communication with the recruiter/hiring managers as needed regarding details of the pipeline for effective selection of candidates. (requisition details, next steps, candidate flow,)
• Partner with GP and Specialty Programs leaders through professional conferences and events; assist in event planning, pre-conference candidate outreach and post-conference follow-up
• Represent DCA at relevant professional meetings/conferences, career fairs, networking events, college fairs, and other events as needed
• Ensure sourcing activities are conducted in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional research and sourcing abilities for dental industry and office professionals - minimum 1 year sourcing experience
• Excellent communicator able to capture the attention of highly in-demand talent
• Strength is in influencing and engaging industry professionals in a proficient and professional manner
• Ability to build relationships focused on candidate experience and customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and follow processes
• Meticulous attention to detail in HR recruiting processes, including proper candidate pipeline documentation and close out processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexibility to pivot daily as recruitment priorities change

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working within a Talent Acquisition department
• 1+ years of experience with an applicant tracking system, iCIMS (preferred), or another robust candidate relationship tool
• 2+ years of experience with developing expansive creative candidate sourcing strategies using various platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other job sites
• Dental Industry experience preferred
