We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in cold calling and closing sales. We believe in live human communication and old-fashion cold calls. 


We are a delivery company, so knowledge of trends and specifics of the delivery industry is required. 

2+ years of experience in a delivery or courier company in a Sales Representative or Account Manager position is required.


The Sales Representative is responsible for making cold calls to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and ultimately closing sales. You must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales.


This is a fully remote position. Full-time and part-time are possible. Work in the Pacific time zone.


As a Sales Rep, you will be:

- Searching outbound leads, and conducting demo calls with qualified prospects;

- Making a certain volume of cold calls per day;

- Generating new sales opportunities through different channels, including active outbound prospecting and your professional network;

- Creating email sequences and making more contact points with potential customers;

- Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales;

- Tracking all sales activities on Hubspot and preparing required sales reports;

- Investigating and resolving queries from customers;

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals



What do you need to be successful in this role:

- Previous experience in a B2B sales role is a must. Know how to sell to businesses, mostly SMB and mid-size;

- Previous experience in a start-up company is preferred;

- Understanding our business, company goals, and our customers;

- Self-motivated and organized individual;

- Excellent time management and superior attention to detail;

- Take a creative approach to sourcing and generating leads for cold calls or email;

- Make lots of cold calls per day, prioritizing your work for the highest impact, with perfect spoken and written English skills;

- Track record of achieving KPI’s and targets;

- Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds. Clearly present our value proposition addressing specific customer needs. Make sure they are interested.

- Strong verbal and written communication ability in English;

- Establish and own an end-to-end sales lifecycle and be willing and prepared to step up and create your team, as a manager.
