Job Description:

In this role, the Solutions Engineer will use analytics and telemetry to develop and evolve the continual service improvement strategy to include engineering features and bug fixes, large programs in flight, and driving vendors and technology partners to deliver stability updates.
  • Defining and validating technical issues, and establishing traceability using telemetry and reviewing architecture and design to maintain improvements
  • Partnering with service management and engineering teams to ensure business requirements and approaches to engineering improvements result in a coherent solutions
  • Providing expert knowledge, support and troubleshooting to business and technology teams in concert with engineering leader support in the following technologies
  • Windows 10/11
  • VMWare Hosted Virtual Desktop
  • Cisco AnyConnect
  • Citrix RemotePC
  • Microsoft Edge


Required Skills

  • 3-7 year of relative experience in Windows platform architecture
  • Splunk, SPL, PowerBI
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues to tech partners, vendors and senior stakeholders in order to gain support for improvement activity.
  • Ability to create deliverables consistent with continual service improvement principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices from both a bank and industry perspective
  • Delivery mindset and ability to escalate asks to bring closure to large problems
  • Confidence to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and communication style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-focus mindset.
  • Ability to manage an issue with an owner mentality


Desired Skills

  • Ability to exert influence for a global service in a large enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with the following technologies: Modern Device Management Endpoint Hardware and Operating System
