Lab Manager I

Actual Job Title: Inventory Coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES ? Manage on-site program replenishments and disbursements. Record and track material on hand against BOM for upcoming builds and projects (verify packing slip, order confirmation, QC inspection). ? Responsible for stockroom duties to include shipping and receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions related to material management. ? Coordinate and collaborate with the Shipping and Logistics team for inbound/ outbound shipments to be delivered on time. Track and update status by ensuring accountability and follow through by our shipping department. ? Follow well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP’s & Work Instructions. Take direction from the Site Supervisor/Manager regarding daily duties. ? Communicate with the management any customer issues or potential problems. Work effectively with a diverse cross-functional team. ? Make decisions and utilize available resources to meet build requirements independently. QUALIFICATIONS ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical skills to reconcile various reports to ensure build/project requirements are met. ? Great customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel. Strong competence with spreadsheet functionality (Google sheets, MS Office, etc.).  ? Anticipate team and project needs and proactively provide solutions/assistance. Comfort in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.  ? Conscientious and meticulous performer with the ability to work under pressure/deadlines.  ? 2+ years of inventory management experience preferred working in a lab/assembly environment or similar. Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Must Have Skills: - Inventory experience - Solution oriented, and high level organization.  Work on deadlines must have a sense of urgency and being able to fact find and extradite being proactive and future focused – plan ahead needs to be independent and must be accountable - High attention to detail, work with accuracy, and must be results driven Nice to Have Skills: - 2 years of experience working in a lab - Prior shipping and receiving experience - Prior merchandise and or quality control roles Role is onsite - Sunnyvale, CA!
