OnBase Solutions Engineer

What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)
The OnBase Solutions Architect serves a key role in the design and configuration of business solutions for Change Healthcare Operations. You will document requirements in a way that makes sense both to the stakeholders and the implementation team and ensures the requirements map to the business need. You will be responsible for the configuration and delivery of new solutions. You will serve on a team to maintain the organization's existing OnBase solutions and continually refine the solution to meet the needs of the growing and changing business.
What are the requirements?
- Years of experience: 3-years experience with Workflow design and configuration
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; OR equivalent post high school education and/or work related experience
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
- Previous experience in building and presenting project plans and business requirements to internal or external clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects toward effective solutions and according to budget and timelines
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work without formal authority and to ensure optimal team performance
- Detailed understanding and experience with process documentation and improvement
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving and organizational skills
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Technical proficiency (C# Programming, PL\SQL)
- Experience with OnBase, Robotic Process Automation, Salesforce
- Experience using AWS Architecture
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) preferred
- OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) preferred
- OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator (OCAWA) preferred
- OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV) Preferred
- OnBase Certified API Developer (OCAPI) Preferred
How much should I expect to travel?
- Less than 10%
Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
