Answering questions and providing information regarding customers needs
Performing research to respond to customer inquiries

Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED or
Associate degree in lieu of required experience
Active or inactive Series 6, 26, 24 or 7 License within the last 24 months
3-5+ years of client service experience
Ability to work with others and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
