What We re Looking For


We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join the JAGGAER Corporate Marketing team, which encompasses Design, Campaigns, Content Production, PR, Social and Web and Digital Marketing, reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing.


You ll be working within an international marketing department collaborating with colleagues in the US, Europe, MENA and as far as Australia. You re passionate about marketing and keep up to date with new developments in search engine marketing. You work well with others, are used to cross-functional collaboration, and you re a great communicator. You ve proven results in effective ROI and growth in campaigns you have managed.


Principal Responsibilities


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Overseeing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Capterra and G2, briefing and managing external agencies and contractors as necessary
  • Collaborating with our Social Media Specialist on paid social media campaigns, analyzing results and working on iterations together
  • Translating data and analytics into comprehensible insights and marketing actions
  • Day-to-day management of the JAGGAER website
  • Working on the revamp of our customer knowledge library site and second phase of our main website with in-house teams and agency
  • Analyzing web metrics, optimizing the site using both on-page and off-page SEO techniques working with developers and content creators
  • Researching and building content clusters, able to brief internal and external content creators
  • Collaborating with product managers and other internal SMEs (subject matter experts) to produce web content
  • Training new starters on how to use WordPress
  • Running best practice workshops for field marketing, particularly those in Europe
  • Working with Marketing Operations to monitor, report on, and optimize campaign performance
  • Using and understanding Salesforce reports on the marketing funnel


Position Requirements


What you will bring:


  • 5 years of experience in SEM
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, both on-page and off-page, and can demonstrate good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and SEO tools such as SEMRush
  • Previous use of a CMS such as WordPress, Drupal or ExpressionEngine
  • Must have experience with running PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads
  • Must have worked in B2B marketing, experience with a technology company would be an added bonus
  • Strong understanding and experience in setting up cross-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • A background in ABM marketing is useful
  • A background in content production such as blog writing, video creation or editing is an advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
