We are currently seeking a motivated communications professional to join our team. This individual will support the entire People Services portfolio and have a direct, meaningful impact on the experience of DaVita's 69,000 teammates. They will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic internal communications plans, utilizing an array of communications channels, to connect teammates to programs, tools and resources they need to be successful now, and in the future-ultimately supporting our vision to be an employer of choice.

Key duties include: drafting, editing and publishing content, developing and executing content strategy, project and stakeholder management, and other special projects as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering effectively with People Services (HR) partners and teams across the company to maintain strong working relationships and seek alignment on communications strategies.
  • Supporting the development of a high-impact editorial strategy to meet goals and drive program adoption across the People Services (HR) portfolio, including benefits, diversity & belonging, compensation and talent development.
  • Drafting, editing and implementing short- and long-form content for all channels to support various communications campaigns (e.g. intranet, email, newsletters, etc.).
  • Managing the content review and legal approval processes with key stakeholders.
  • Owning the content submission process on behalf of People Services and key partners to adhere to internal deadlines.
  • Supporting with recurring reporting needs to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, and using those insights to drive action.
  • Monitoring emerging communications trends, vehicles and best practices, and working to incorporate them into DaVita's internal communications channels.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with teammates across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of communications or related field.
  • Excellent writing, communications and presentation skills, with the ability to create content for various channels required.
  • Proficient in AP Style and willingness to learn the DaVita Style Guide.
  • Agency and project management experience preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of traditional and emerging communications and marketing trends and technologies.
  • Possess a cultural awareness and ability to tailor communication to culturally diverse audiences.
  • Must have a high level of self-initiative, drive, resilience and attention to detail.
  • A fierce collaborator, effective in managing relationships and communicating with all levels of management, executives and outside vendors.
