If you want to work in product teams and be responsible for your own support cases or key accounts, Text Control is the place to be. Fewer meetings - more doing!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for TX Text Control, TX Spell .NET and TX Barcode .NET via email, live chat and in phone calls.
- Reproduce issues and discuss them with development teams.
- Contribute to the product development based on issues and requests.
The following skills are helpful:
- Excellent communication skills - English is a must.
- Development experience with one or more programming languages (C++, C# or Java).
- Ability to work independently in small teams.
- Work self-motivated.
- Software testing experience.
