OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing services focused on support for clients
Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets
Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting one large customer
The candidate will focus on the following:
- Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer
- Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements
- Contributing to service transformation and business growth
GENERAL:
- Experience working in a high speed, digital mail environment
- Advanced experience leading a digital mail environment
- Acquires skills to build knowledge from foundational to complex
- Work builds from routine to complex which may require problem-solving skills
- Manages production schedule and workload
- Direct interface to local customer contact
- Presentation to the customer of onsite performance
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce and validate wide format drawings
- Prepare output for distribution to requestor
- Responsible for delivering high standards of quality of the finished output
- Ensuring that all equipment used is correctly maintained
- Keeping up-to-date records jobs produced, material used, consumables and delivery records
- Adhering to general good housekeeping practices
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience leading in a production environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
- Good communication skills
- Health & safety awareness and compliance
- Adherence to assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines
