Business Analyst

Pepperl+Fuchs is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of the P+F business process team. This role includes Siebel usage / training, Tableau usage / training and general reporting, various data analysis and maintaining the Business Process Team’s Intranet page and completing supplier surveys and questionnaires.

The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. This person must have exceptional people skills as well as creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Maintains, updates, troubleshoots, creates, supports and designs Tableau reports.
• 
  Maintains the Business Sales Support Intranet page with content.
• 
  Manages supplier surveys and questionnaires.
• 
  Secondary Siebel key user.
• 
  Maintains detailed records and prepares communications as needed.
• 
  Interacts professionally on a regular basis with staff and the general public.
• 
  Performs various data analysis using access, excel or other means.
• 
  Has a working knowledge of our ERP M3 system in the COM area.
• 
  Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 
  Five to seven years of related experience
• 
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 
  Experienced management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate and organize
