About the Role:

We are seeking a finance professional to lead our Americas Field Finance FP&A function. In this high-profile role, you will work with executive business partners in the Americas sales organization to help drive strategic decision-making, provide financial insight, and build operational rigor and efficiency. You will own the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for these teams and provide recommendations to your business partners within these key functional areas. You will also be responsible for key financial deliverables and ad hoc analyses and help to define the processes by which we scale and grow these teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide thought leadership to our AMER Head of Sales to manage the P&L and develop both short-term and long-term strategies
  • Lead the weekly, monthly and quarterly bookings forecast process and close process with Sales Ops, Revenue and Corp FP&A teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform in-depth analysis where appropriate to deliver the Plan
  • Own the entire Americas P&L - develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts that drive growth and efficiency, identify key investments that deliver high return on investment
  • Keep management apprised of financial results/issues and emerging trends, provide a breadth of insight and financial decision support; create analyses, commentary and presentation materials for E-Staff and Board meetings
  • Build/Maintain sales capacity models to support long-range planning & bookings growth
  • Master key customer metrics, such as LTV, CAC, and Cohort Analysis as well as management reporting packages
  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies

What You Will Bring:

  • 10+ years of finance experience, including at least 5+ years in Sales Finance at a SaaS company
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations in order to drive decision-making and execution
  • Experience developing and improving processes with desire to inspire change across the org
  • Excellent communication skills and partnership skills, ability to handle multiple projects and partners
  • Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated an extraordinary work ethic
  • A highly motivated team player and experience with people management
