The Job

As a fully remote Retention Sales Agent, your job is to help customers by finding a solution to fully resolve their request.

As An Agent, You ll Be

• Retaining customers with your problem solving skills
• Assisting customers by offering products and services based on the customers needs
• Developing relationships with customers
• Advocating the brand and building customer loyalty
• This position is 100% inbound, new and existing customers only - no cold calling!
  

You Would Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 1+ years experience with Retention, Sales, and/or Collections
• The ability to de-escalate customers and solve complex issues under tight time frames
• Excellent active listening and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
