Alibaba Group-Compensation and Benefits Manager-Sunnyvale
Responsibilities
1. Lead regional C&B program, mainly in North America and Brazil, including but not limited to C&B policy, HR programs implementation, daily benefits operations etc.
2. Responsible for regional compensation and benefits benchmarking, develop and review pay structure and benefits polices, support annual review, promotion and all other C&B initiatives.
3. In charge of local C&B vendor selection and management
4. Manage regional job evaluation, promotion review, offer approval in alignment with global C&B policies.
5. Partner with Headquarter C&B team and/or International C&B team on global/international C&B initiatives or projects.
6. Participate in M&A and redundancy projects to support regional business change activities.
7. Partner with internal and external teams to manage benefits changes and benefit operations.
Qualifications
1. At least 5 years C&B work experience, with main focus on C&B program and policy design.
2. Strong in project management, data analysis and logical thinking.
3. Regional C&B projects owner is preferred.
4. Self-driven and result-oriented, excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to deal with changes and challenges under pressure and handle ambiguity.
6. Fluent in Mandarin, excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
