Technical Writer - Onsite

Description of Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a technical writer
• 1+ year of experience supporting large enterprise networking environments.
• Experience developing various types of run books for infrastructure environments, for data center efforts.
• Experience working on cross functional technical teams.
• Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e., usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
• Experience reviewing technical diagrams & documentation.
• Responsible for meeting with, gathering and documenting information from key technical stakeholders
• General documentation of processes, as-builts, and HLD s
