About the role:

We are looking for a rock star implementer who is excited by the opportunity to streamline and optimize a business to support its continued growth. You ideally have experience with working within a medical business and knowledge of computer technology would also be advantageous.

Core responsibilities are varied and include:

  • Strategically completes all need-to-do items around the office while finding ways to make work even faster and more efficient.
  • Operations Management: keep day-to-day operations on track. Analyze, streamline and simplify processes.
  • Project Management: make sure things happen on time and communicate status.
  • People Management: provide guidance and support to our therapy team and clients.
  • Metrics Management: regular reporting of key data to CEO

Candidates must have a mature, professional demeanor with an understanding of high-level customer service, project and team management and excellent problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach is imperative. Attention to detail and a desire to drive growth are also required.

Our team is based in Jacksonville, and while this job will initially begin as a remote position, it will eventually migrate to an in-office position in the very near future. We have very high expectations for this role - a fact that will excite the right candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves and slide right on into their zone of genius working for a company that empowers child and their families through culturally responsive practices. Please note that 2 years of experience in a similar role is a requirement for application.

This role will begin as part-time (0.5 FTE), Tuesday – Thursday (remote) and transfer to full-time Monday-Friday (in-office). This role is proposed to commence ASAP with generous pay, time off for the holidays (& no weekends!), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
 High school diploma; experience in office administration or relevant field (1-3 years) is
preferred.
 Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and systems.
 Insurance verification experience.
 Proficient in a variety of computer software including: MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva,
GoogleSuite.
 Time management skills.
 Knowledge of maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
