This NP Director of Employee Health will oversee and assist with the employee on-boarding and health screening processes for this acute care facility. This Nurse Practitioner will ensure all medical records are compliant and accurate, oversee the administration of employee physicals and other referrals, oversee the hospital wellness education program for employees, and oversee all RN's and other ancillary staff in the employee health department, providing guidance as needed.

It is required that this RN employee Health Director have their BSN and Master's as a Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting as an NP. Previous leadership or clinical experience within employee health and/or occupational health is a strong plus.
