Overview:
A part of the HR Recruiter's responsbility is to work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and open and post positions as needed. This role will be expected to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract canadiates that are qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Recruiter provides the first level of screening (resume review, assessments, and initial phone screens) of all applicants and then facilitates an effective hiring process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
In office Position
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Lead meetings with hiring managers to review position needs and drive quick response time in each stage of the hiring process and thorough assessment of candidates
Write and update job descriptions and job postings as needed
Leverage social media (facebook, LinkedIn) to post positions and source candidates
Proactively source candidates for positions as needed
Screen and vet initial applicants to determine who to move forward in the hiring process
Facilitate sending assessments to candidates as a stepin the hiring process and track results
Create, send, and negotiate offers with candidates
Help bulid and maintain a positive office culture
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
Ability to effectively utilize email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
3+ years of recruiting/ Human Resources experience
