The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a collaborative team player who works closely with the internal recruiting team and retail hiring managers to find and place the best candidates for open positions in our rapidly expanding fleet of retail stores. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will oversee specific aspects of key recruiting projects and initiatives which will contribute to the continued growth of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively support the retail recruiting effort by placing high quality applicants in right position at the right time
Effectively build diverse “top of funnel” candidate pipelines
Effectively open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards
Resourcefully navigate through complexity and ambiguity
Provide phone and email support to prospective candidates and business partners
Maintain daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities
Provide general project and recruiting support to the Talent team on an as-needed basis.

Decision Making – Provides data for decision support; uses independent judgment to assess candidates fit for the role.
Travel – Less than 5%

Requirements

Physical Requirements:
General office environment, ability to:
High school diploma or equivilent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in HR, Psychology, Communication or Business.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in an HR Department is required.
Job Qualifications – Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Relationship focused and passionate about the candidate experience
Familiarity with using sourcing tools, HR systemes (including an ATS; Brass Ring experience is aplus) and candidate management systems.
Proficient in multiple search approaches (LinkedIn/Boolean/Job boards etc.)
Experience building multi-state and multiple level search strategiesMust be adept at learning new systems and processes quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Internet savvy
Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members and hiring managers
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Detail oriented, analytical and a self-starter
Strong teamwork skills with track record of collaboration, accountability and proactively anticipating the needs of the team and the business
Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Organizational Agility: Understands the purpose and stakeholders of Harbor Freight practices, policies, procedures and systems.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Physical Requirements:
General office environment, ability to:
stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
Speak and listen to others in person, via digital meeting (such as Zoom) and over the phone
use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
lift up to 15 lbs.
