Job Description:
High Level: Customer is the business for this role. Supports business 3 ways.
1. Expanding margins for the business- negotiation of contracts and getting proper cost structure for sales.
2. Understanding supplier base in the area to support the business.
3. Cash position. Understanding the value of terms within supplier base and matrix and understanding how that supports the business.
Must Haves:
Must have in depth knowledge of sub contractors and sub-contractor bids!
Must understand the construction industry. 3+ years' experience related to this working on larger scale projects.
- Prefer someone who understands commercial projects over residential projects.
