IAM Admin - Must be in Eastern Time Zone - Contract to Hire 100% Remote

Must have 4-5 years+ professional experience in: security consulting, security administration, information technology, deployment solutions.

Responsibilties:

  • Maintains effective service relationships and communication with business units by keeping them informed of the status of their access requests and tickets, and provides non-technical answers to access questions. Analyzes the security impact of each request, identifies approvals needed, and determines the appropriate approach to complete the request.
  • Resolves Tier 2 and 3 technical issues (simple to semi-complex in nature) to determine root causes, troubleshoot, resolve, and implement corrective action. Recognizes when to escalate and uses it as an opportunity to increase knowledge and acumen.
  • Accountable for meeting quality, productivity and service standards. Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of access administration processes and procedures. Applies risk management knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of access administration. Participates in project support related to access provisioning and improving current workflows.
  • Assist in the overall responsibility for architecture, planning, maintenance, and management of the enterprise and consumer-level IAM program. Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices along creation and maintenance of IAM metrics
  • Plan, Install, integrate, configure, deploy, automate and test security controls within the IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management and Consumer IAM solution.

Cyber Security Responsibitlies

  • Assist in the proactive identification, monitoring, and tracking of potential cyber threats, and recommend preemptive remedial actions related to network access, network intrusion, cyber security, and regulatory compliance related to the IAM process.
  • Align IAM security practices with the cyber security strategy informed by current understanding of what IAM leaders are doing across the retail and manufacturing industries with specific attention in the post-acute space.
  • Manages and monitors systems associated with IAM solutions; provides incident and problem management support.
  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of automation into the processes of the IAM program
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills &

Experience

  • Experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or Information Technology field, 1+ years of solution design, integration architecture, technical development, and deployment experience of IAM solutions and products
  • Experience with Identity Management administration and implementation experience
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following components: Lifecycle Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, Workflows, and custom forms
  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to improve our processes, problem solver, forward-thinking, change oriented and growth mindset. Hands on experience providing system access & support
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, team fostered approach, outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office communications and applications, along with connecting easily with business units and colleagues to communicate effectively across business and technical boundaries to offer recommendations, metric (KPI/KRI) reports and technical documentation
  • Awareness of cyber security trends and hacking techniques along with knowledge of identity management concepts and features that work in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to run basic scripts to manage and monitor systems, create custom drivers, API integration, AD scripting, and SQL integration to Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases to implement the designed solutions.
  • Experience with customer IAM tools developing, integration, maintenance and future advancement of technical administration, security controls along with business IAM tools (Azure AD & Okta) and managing Active Directory environments
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication systems (Azure AD & Okta), relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.), and enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.), familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
