Data & Quality Assurance Analyst - Can be Remote
Ensure all policy documentation for outsourced processes remains up to date
Act as a liaison with vendor(s) to oversee outsourced process and provide policy clarifications as needed
Monitor vendor reporting for process completion in accordance with the SOW(s)
Perform quality review audits in accordance with vendor SOW(s), provide feedback based upon results, and ensure adherence to all policy guidelines
Alert CQI management team of concerns with quality or turnaround time by vendor(s)
Participate in data and procedure collection process with internal stakeholders for potentially new processes for vendor outsourcing
Establish or remove system access to key internal platforms as directed for Lockton associates
Notify and monitor internal clients throughout renewal process
Provide annual reporting documents and update as needed
Conduct new hire training and providing ongoing training for issues as identified
Perform periodic ad hoc reporting requests and special projects
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, or relevant work experience
1-3 years of experience in human resources or office setting
Work independently in the absence of supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates, clients, and vendors at all levels
High attention to detail
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs as required
Self-directed/Self-starter with an eye for detail
Handles confidential information in the best interest of both client and company
