We are searching for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team! We are seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Recruiter located in our mid-town Charlotte office where you will work with our Recruiter, HR team, and our managers to attract and hire new employees. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for various aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating on writing job descriptions to advertising job openings using multiple media outlets, to sourcing and screening candidates, and to arranging and potentially conducting interviews. This person may also be asked to conduct exit interviews, help facilitate the on-boarding process, respond to verification of employment requests, and provide support for other HR administrative record-keeping requirements.
- Utilizes a basic understanding of employment laws and regulations and our specific HR-related procedures to respond to employees regarding general policy, procedure, and benefits inquiries.
- Provides support for recruiting record-keeping requirements and other activities as requested.
- Supports the HR team as needed to complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations.
- Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.
- Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
The ideal candidate preferably should have a minimum of 2-3 years in Human Resources and/or Recruiting support experience. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, and deal tactfully with highly sensitive information; have familiarity with HRIS and ATS; be able to work independently and as part of a team; and have a high degree of confidentiality, and attention to detail. Good technical and Microsoft skills.
Hours:
Monday – Friday
This is not a remote position.
