We are searching for a Performance Manager to assess, monitor, and enhance employee performance. This role will help to guide our Firm in the development of organizational capability and to sustain a culture of continuous improvement. In this role you will analyze current practices and our current performance management system and processes, and develop improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure strong employee performance.

The HR Performance Talent Manager is responsible for performing and providing leadership and management of all Performance Management functions, including Systems, and talent programs. You will work with our Director of HR and Head of Talent, to deliver performance systems and employee development and to oversee the bi-annual performance review processes and annual compensation review.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing performance and talent processes and procedures.
  • Developing process enhancement strategies.
  • Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
  • Establishing norms and standards of employee performance.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction in performance management processes.
  • Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management
  • Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
  • Staying up to date with developments in management and process optimization.
  • Ensuring that the department is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees on how they can improve their performance.
  • Creating employee evaluation forms and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Provide data that aids in determining employees' compensation levels based on job performance and experience.

Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in business administration, process management, or HR operations.
  • Five-ten years experience in performance management systems or similar discipline.
  • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and Firm structures.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a Full time basis. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
