  • As a Lead Process Manager of New Site Optimization within Field Operations, you will be responsible for support of new sites through design, tollgates, activation, and sustainment.
  • You will play a critical role in GSCL's growth model as we build new sites with new technology, processes, and operations that differ significantly from legacy design.
  • You will lead the transition process from design and implementation to field operations run state - based on the tollgates and go/no-go criteria established by the team.
  • This team will work closely with the site field teams to support all aspects of operations with "playbook" deliverables to define process, management system, and functional operations.
  • You will also serve as a point conduit between the field teams and HQ support - ensuring that issues arising are documented, assigned ownership, and driven to sustainable closure.
  • As sites continue to launch, this team will influence future designs and rollout plans based on prior learnings.
  • Within scope is all capabilities within a site including replenishment and fulfillment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Operations or Engineering experience
  • Strong project management experience, including documentation, risk, actionable deliverables, ownership, and communication
  • Experience developing or launching new business capabilities, processes, or sites
  • Comfortable navigating and leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous situations, across diverse stakeholders, and influencing with varying levels of authority
  • Strong ability to develop relationships and influence enterprise partners through prioritization and action to deliver results in service of Facility's needs.
  • Ability to think in terms of the future state, challenge the status quo, and identify paths from current to future
  • Strong ability to drive root cause analysis and solution through data driven problem solving
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills that can be tailored to different audiences and environments
  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills; can easily translate data from an array of sources into insights and recommendations
  • Knowledge of GSCL Operations including structure, roles/responsibilities, standard work, and management system
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile credentials, and/or Lean / 6Sigma experience preferred
  • Willing to travel to facilitate launch and support of new buildings/projects (up to 50%)
  • This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs.
  • A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location.
  • A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
  • Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400-$153,700.
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
