Executive, Regional Sales
Job Description
The Regional Sales Executive has primary responsibility for driving profitable sales growth to new and existing accounts within assigned territories in the Financial Institutions (FI) space.
The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining direct client relationships within their assigned accounts and maximizing the revenue opportunities within those accounts. This includes learning the comprehensive solutions offered by Brink’s and conveying the value of those solutions to clients in the FI sector.
This is a work from home position with a base compensation plus commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth plans and forecasts to achieve sales targets
Ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction through business reviews, and account and opportunity planning
Use Brink’s Sales process and tools to update and manage the sales pipeline
Collaborate and coordinate with other functional teams ( Customer Care, Operations, Product Marketing, Implementation ) to achieve account development and performance goals
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience managing client relationships in the Financial Institutions sector
Minimum of 2-3 years new business development/sales experience
Experience Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience using Salesforce
Experience in the Financial Institutions market
Business to Business sales portfolio
Professional Skills:
Excellent customer relationship skills
Professional, positive demeanor
Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and self-driven
