Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on development and enhancement of Supplier Risk Management processes & tools
• Onboarding and deployment of 3rd party Risk Management application
• Enhancement of internal risk management tools and incorporation into overall Risk Management infrastructure
• Role includes process management, process improvement, and technical aspects.
• Process Management and Improvement: Responsible for developing and continually improving our risk management processes, including automation when possible
• Technical: Develop products utilizing BI tools+ to automate and improve existing P&W risk management tools; work to incorporate P&W data and tools into 3rd party software solutions where needed, and vice versa.
• Working with subject matter experts to understand requirements,
• Developing risk management processes and tool infrastructure through combination of internal and external solutions,
• Deploying solutions to broader stakeholders and working with functional teams to support them, maintaining, enhancing, and creating visualizations and reports that drive actionable insights.
• Ability to review large sums of data for insights and link to business realities, creating visualizations where needed.
• Work in a collaborative environment with other teams supporting the Global Supply Chain.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline. i.e., Engineering, Computer Science with 10+ years’ experience. Other degrees acceptable with an appropriate background in analytics.
• Microsoft Excel development skills (advanced functions, some exposure to/understanding of VBA), minimum 3 years experience
• Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Tableau or other Business Intelligence tool skills, minimum 3 years experience
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Analytical/critical thinking with the ability to solve problems independently is a must.
• Ability to adapt and pivot in a changing environment for critical business and communicate impact of pivot.
• Strong ability to communicate business requirements and technical plans to technical & non-technical team members and stakeholders at all levels of organization
• Experience with strategic transformation initiatives
• Ability to prioritize and work autonomously and with team to ensure project vision and schedule align and is well communicated.
• Experience with process creation, execution, and improvement
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree related to Supply Chain Risk Management
• Microsoft Access development skills, minimum 3 years experience
• Visual Basic for Applications (or Visual Basic) programming skills, minimum 3 years' experience
• Deep familiarity with SQL and database concepts, Oracle SQL statement writing skills, minimum 3 years' experience
