Please review the following job description:
Fully Remote but must live and Travel throughout Arkansas.
Responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives in order to generate new retail insurance agency customer base as well as promoting/retaining existing customer base.
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and contracted agents
Conduct calls and face to face meetings with agencies daily
Ascertain and document decision makers within the agency
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing agencies
Maintain records of all sales leads and agency communications, including agency specific statistics
Manage the agent database by keeping all information current on contracted agents, terminated agents and prospects
Understand and be proficient with all programs and systems
Educate agencies on Aspen systems, products and program guidelines
Present, promote and sell quality of the company and products of Aspen to existing and prospective agencies
Monitor industry competitors, products, and market conditions; report findings weekly
Participate in brand development by conceptualizing and communicating ideas
Attend and participate in weekly sales calls
Meet personal and team goals
Monitor agent production trends, field underwriting practices and system accessibility troubleshoot and correct issues with agencies
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
Expedite and communicate agency related issues to maximize client satisfaction
Develop and implement Quarterly sales strategy within parameters set by VP of Marketing
Contact prospective agents promptly to vet for contract consideration
Follow up with contracted and prospective agents utilizing suspense reminders
Maintain ethical, cooperative relationships with agents, prospects, and industry colleagues consistent with company image in the marketplace
Keep accurate records of company related expenditures and complete reports in a timely basis in accordance with company policy
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Documented, minimum three years of highly successful Field Marketing Representative experience
Valid driver's license and proven safe driving record
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales
Proficient computer skills with ability to function in all Microsoft Office programs
Bi-Lingual a plus
