IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS) is looking for a Corporate Lead Recruiter to join our HR team and partner with our hiring managers to source, recruit and hire overhead, billable, and contingent key personnel positions based on contract awards. This includes ensuring our hiring practices are compliant with the OFCCP and EEOC guidelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for all functions. This includes contingent offers for key personnel.
- Source and recruit passive candidates, seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to attract top industry talent.
- Assess candidates for ability, level, position and culture fit.
- Build a diverse candidate pool of talent by tapping into knowledgeable industry resources and referrals.
- Develop job descriptions to add to our library.
- Provide interview preparation for hiring managers and oversee the hiring selection process.
- Serve as primary touchpoint for all candidates from sourcing/recruiting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews and extend offers while working closely with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking system, including posting job requisitions and managing the candidate status.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Can not be a dual citizen.
- 3+ years of government contracting, corporate recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to build solid partnerships with hiring managers.
- Impeccable attention to detail, process oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to do surge recruiting for potential contracts.
- Excellent written, verbal and email communication skills.
- Outstanding follow up skills.
- Solid track record sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
- Applicant Tracking System experience to include: sourcing, tracking, managing candidates and the recruiting workflow.
- MS Office - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to establish relationships with passive candidates.
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
