Responsibilities
Answer and distribute calls from customers, escalating customer concerns to the correct people or department.
Enter new orders in the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
Enter and process Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in the ERP system.
Comfortability in the MS Office suite and prior ERP experience preferred
