Job Summary

The Agile Enablement Analyst at First American (FA) Trust supports the Agile Enablement Organization (AEO) at FA Trust to implement AEO strategy and operationalize FA Trust's business agility roadmap to achieve the desired outcomes for its customers. Helps with Jira administration, creating reports, dashboards, tracking and reporting agile metrics etc. Creates and updates roadmaps, backlogs, business processes, training procedures/materials, standard operating procedures, project status, etc.

Essential Functions
Work with First American Trust's Agile Enablement Organization (AEO) team members to implement AEO strategy and operationalize FA Trust's business agility roadmap
Help implement Lean Portfolio Management, to enable product teams to effectively plan, handle dependencies/risks and help implement strategic initiatives
Help implement OKR (Objective and Key Results) frameworks to support execution of enterprise vision
Help update and maintain the AEO product backlog and strategic portfolio backlog
Help create and update enterprise, program and product roadmaps, including features/milestones
Create training and workshop materials, PowerPoints/Executive presentations and facilitate meetings, take meeting notes and follow up on action items
Help with Jira administration to support the AEO, creating/configuring/updating Jira backlogs/boards, dashboards and reports and supporting collection/tracking/reporting of agile metrics
Gain a deep understanding of business processes and needs of stakeholders
Participate in vendor selection processes as required
Perform Data Analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Identify business system requirements and related business/application solutions over a complete business process
Develop new customizations with design, documentation, testing and training
Participate in vendor selection and contract processes as required
May need to travel to attend in-person events based on business needs
May need to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
May need to mentor more junior team members

Required Skills/Knowledge
Experience working on an agile team, knowledgeable about agile mindsets and practices
Experience in creating and maintaining agile epics/features/user stories
Identifies problems, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements
Standard Microsoft Office skill set

Preferred Skills/Knowledge
Experience and proficiency in Jira Administration, creating dashboards and reports preferred
Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Microsoft Visio skill set
Listens to others with empathy and accepts input from team members

Education
Requires BS Degree, preferably in an IT or Business Field or equivalent work experience
Licenses or Certificates
Certified ScrumMaster or Certified Product Owner or equivalent preferred

Experience
Typically have 5+ years of relevant agile experience
