JBAndrews is working with a leader within the AI & Robotics industry who are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of their People Operations teams. The company is specialised in providing AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solutions to clients in diverse industries.

The Responsibilities:

• Individual Contributor Role


• Responsible for Technology hiring – Managing the full recruitment cycle


• Draw up external acumen and map market intelligence that can influence business leaders on talent solutions


• Develop and recommend sourcing strategy to achieve the right source mix


• Ability to execute talent strategies and closely work with peers internally to plan for budgeted hiring and proactive hiring


• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably Engineering


• 6-8 years of experience in recruitment


• 3+ years of experience in Technology Hiring, Preferably R&D set ups


• Analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools


• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills


• Experience in understanding cultural differences across geographies


• Should be able to define commit and meet deadlines
