Title: Solutions Architect - Salesforce (Remote)Location: Eagle, IDCountry: United States of America
- Lead the design, planning, implementation, and governance of sales and marketing solutions that support business enablement and impact numerous integrated platforms.
- Undertake analysis of technology solution options, considering current & future technology capabilities, application roadmaps, and architectural standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and 3rd-party teams to govern solution construction and guide overall technical implementation.
- Create architectural documentation detailing solutions as a reference for other platform team members and partners.
- Translate functional business needs into efficient, well-architected, and scalable solutions which leverage appropriate technology toolsets. Solicit and obtain agreement from IT and Business Leadership on architectural design recommendations put forth.
- Be an escalation point for team to help resolve any project/feature-related issues.
- Serve as a leader of the delivery team to coach/mentor and provide feedback to admins and developers on delivered solutions.
- Possess excellent analytical and presentation skills and be able to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be comfortable with rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work assignments.
- Be a results-driven self-starter who takes initiative, solicits, and listens to feedback from a variety of sources, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the key business stakeholders on current processes and propose solutions to enhance current process, including advising on system options, risks, cost vs benefit and impacts
- Bachelor s Degree in Software, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience working as a Solution Architect
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment
- Knowledge and experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Technical or Domain Architect.
- Prior experience successfully designing and implementing enterprise solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, including integration to/from a variety of external cloud-based application services.
- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce application architecture, Lightning framework, governor limits, and development components such as VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Classes and Triggers, LWCs, APIs, Flows, Approval processes, etc.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer desired, and/or Salesforce Architecture certifications are preferred.
- Practical experience with SaaS architectures and design patterns including SOAP and REST API integrations. Understanding of OData is a plus. Experience with one or more iPaaS integration platforms is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings, derive conclusions, and present recommendations.
- Experience working in an agile methodology is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts and information to diverse audiences with varying degrees of technical understanding.
- Ability to inspire stakeholder confidence in solutions being put forth.
- Must be able to organize & prioritize a high volume of tasks with potentially conflicting demands and competing timelines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Less than 5% travel may be required
