Job Description:
TKMS, Inc. is seeking for a full-time Billing Specialists. The purpose of this position is to assist the billing department with invoicing customers, submitting invoices for payment, including entering tickets into the accounting system, maintaining and updating various reports in excel and from our account software to track our trucks and drivers on a daily & weekly basis. As a billing specialist, we are looking for someone who is good with math and has a high degree of attention to detail and organizational ability as it is essential due to the amount of paperwork we handle.
Experience and Skills:
*Input ticket information into accounting system.
*Invoice customers on a weekly basis.
*The ability to multitask while efficiently handling competing priorities.
*Meticulous attention to detail and inquisitive nature.
*Comprehensive understanding of basic math.
*Intermediate computer skills, typing and 10-key skills.
*Experience with Microsoft Excel (able to pass an Excel assessment test as part of the hiring process)
*Experience with Microsoft Outlook 2010.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Team player.
*Great Plains Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
*Excelled communication skills as a billing specialist may also need to assist in answering phones as needed.
