PepsiCo's Strategic Sales Associate OTS (On The Salesfloor) holds a significant position in the company, working hard to ensure that the Pepsico Beverages Portfolio is effectively marketed and widely available across multiple sales channels. The portfolio consists of famous labels such as Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Frappuccino, Rockstar, and Bang.

Responsibilities:

• Increase your sales volume by developing assigned accounts through improved product placement, optimized space allocation, and superior customer service.
• Enlarge the scope of the sales strategy by discovering new market segments and devising innovative methods to boost sales volume and product distribution.
• Secure equipment placement and maintain sufficient stock levels to fulfill customer orders.
• Using point-of-purchase materials in a strategic manner can generate anticipation among consumers and increase revenue.
• Maintain compliance with execution programs at both local and national levels.
• Utilize reset techniques to sustain or boost the visibility of Pepsico items on store shelves.
• Excellently serve the accounts assigned to you, highlighting the distinct advantages of PBC's Service Advantage.
• Arrange products on shelves, stabilize barrels and racks, and build attractive showcases to grab the attention of potential buyers.
