- Design, develop and maintain data operation pipeline using Jenkins and/or Github Actions for Enterprise Data platform (EDP).
- Provide support for AWS Operational activities during US hours, such as S3 Access, S3 bucket provisioning, Creating IAM User Keys, AWS Console Access, etc.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders and serve to educate the organization about DevOps standard methodologies, Github branching strategies, etc.
- Perform software deployments, installations, maintenance, updates and upgrades.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and analysis of build failures in production.
- Develop DORA metrics to measure and monitor progress and to ensure DevOps compliance across the Data Platform.
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
- Co-ordinate with multiple teams ensuring smooth progress in the deployment.
- Participate in on-call rotation, providing operational support to components owned by DevOps.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with at least 5-years of experience in IT
- Recent 3+ years working in cloud operations, DevOps, platform operations in AWS or other cloud environment.
- 5+ years of CI/CD/Automation experience.
- 2+ Years of AWS platform experience EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Cloudwatch.
- Hands on experience in Git administration, branching concepts.
- Proficiency with source control, build/release automation, continuous integration tools such as Jenkins Pipeline Scripting, YAML scripting is a must.
- Experience working with Jenkins Administration, Git Hub Enterprise and Github actions.
- Strong experience in PowerShell, Bash.
- Experience running a CI/CD solution at scale.
- Experience working with tools like Atlassian Jira, confluence and Agile methodologies.
- Customer focus: Ability to prioritize business needs based on importance, vitality or impact to order taking/order fulfillment/revenue generation processes.
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to connect with team members at multiple levels.
- Problem-solving: Analytical thinking. Ability to understand and derive insights from data. Experience with data manipulation to analyze patterns, anomalies, and trends.
