As a Principal Technical Product Manager at Cleo, you will drive critical company-level initiatives as well as the execution of overall strategy and roadmap of CIC Platform.
Your natural curiosity will drive you to learn about our customers complex technical problems and youll use your abilities to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate to find the optimal solutions that puts CIC platform on pedestal.
What you will be doing :
Drive and execute CIC roadmap based on extensive market discovery, customer validation and Cleo BHAG, by collaborating extensively with Product Development and other key stakeholders
Maintains close relationship and constant communication with top users / customers to identify, monitor product adoptions and customer success metrics
Propose and influence pricing & packaging for the innovation / capability that is being developed while keeping COGS and scalability in mind
Build business cases to approve or disapprove idea based on data driven insights
Communicate effectively to rally internal stakeholders to drive a common mission
Your Qualifications :
8 10 years of relevant product management experience in developing B2B or integrations platforms is required
Deep experience in Cloud and iPaaS is required with preferred to supply chain business processes (O2C, P2P, etc.) is preferred
Experience with visualizations, storytelling through data, and orientation towards good design aesthetics in user-facing applications is preferred
Experience in managing a team of product owners and product managers is preferred
Experience driving innovative customer initiatives from inception to completion
Skills :
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy
A passion for usability, user empathy and a knack for simplicity
Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
Maintain and manage product management tools
