Here is how the Human Resources Organizational Development Intern role will impact our business:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work alongside our team to help maximize the potential of our Qrew through organizational analysis and strategy implementation.
The Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support existing learning and development (L&D) initiatives
- Analyze and recommend L&D program enhancements
- Assess and choose psychometric tests to administer to EQT s Qrew and potential new hires
- Produce and present selected psychometric tests to HR leadership
- Design and develop program to roll-out psychometrics
- Assess psychometric results after the program is rolled out; recommend program enhancements
- Help with special projects as needed
- Support cultural initiatives; recommend events or initiatives to boost EQT s organizational climate
Required Experience and Skills:
- Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a field of study related to Organizational Development or Organizational Leadership
- Must have at least completed sophomore year at an accredited 4-year degree program prior to the start of the internship (if an undergraduate student)
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or above
- Additional experience in clubs and campus activities and organizations also preferred.
