Responsibilities: We will be looking to you to support the development of a compelling corporate narrative and message strategy that helps reinforce corporate reputation among key external stakeholders, including key media outlets/reporters, industry analysts/opinion leaders, the investor community, policymakers, and prospective employees. You will support the harmonization of key narrative themes across the breadth of external communications to maximize the impact. You'll provide counsel and support to top executive to reinforce and extend the company's desired positioning and image.

You will support message development and craft messaging for C-suite executives, notably our CEO, along with develop and execute communications strategies to manage media and broader public engagement opportunities using a 360 approach. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders across the company to remain well informed of key business priorities and connect the dots. You will collaborate with the Investor Relations team to fine-tune approach and execution to all financial communications-related opportunities and manage quarterly earnings media relations.

Requirements: For such a pivotal role, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate media relations, public affairs, financial communications, investor/analyst relations, senior executive communications, and crisis and issues management. A strong preference for industry experience in the Payments, Financial Services, Technology, Banking, or Insurance sectors, with consumer brand experience. This role really needs to be focused on tier 1 media outlets, the heavyweights of the financial industry like the FT, WSJ, Bloomberg, etc.

You will demonstrate the ability to cultivate strong relationships, to listen, understand, and synthesize data from a variety of internal and external stakeholders, additionally you will be capable of working with and influencing senior-level business executives on a regular basis. You'll be able to organize, prioritize and focus on strategic projects. You will successfully operate strategically and tactically to deliver end-to-end communications project management.

You'll have the ability to deliver results across the wider organization and operate across a global workforce and multiple functions. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable. Compensation: The target compensation for this role is between $185k - $215k/yr.

Actual compensation may vary, depending on an individual's experience, qualifications and location.
