Position Objective

The Digital Product Specialist, eCommerce Integrations is part of the eCommerce Operations team responsible for managing the ecommerce platform integrations. In this role, you are a key member of the eCommerce team focused on unlocking the capabilities of our integrations to create a world class customer experience.  You are the bridge between the technical configuration of the integrations and the operationalization of the integration within the business. As the business owner of the integrations you are tasked with the initial setup, the administration of, and the planning for ongoing improvements. You are responsible for the life cycle management of all the integrations on the ecommerce platform. In this role you will be

Essential Job Functions

Document operational processes to align integration functionality with existing business functions. 

Works with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate customer feedback by writing users stories for future integration improvements 

Communicates feature specifications to software engineers and developers, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the underlying requirement and business context for each feature.  

Monitors the performance, using both quantitative and qualitative assessment, of assigned digital products, ensuring that they are meeting stated service level agreements, established KPIs, and immediately escalating any issues to ensure their prompt resolution. 

The ability to translate customer trends, corporate direction, and integration capabilities into Agile epics and detailed user stories.

Lead the Agile story writing, QA, & UAT testing supporting the ongoing enhancement of integrations. 

Review changes before and after deployments to the product site to validate expected results.

Perform Product Demonstrations and run training sessions for customers and business stakeholders

Highly organized, analytical, and data driven.

Multi-cultural experience desirable; particularly Europe, Japan and US 

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

1 to 3 years' experience in digital product ownership, ecommerce systems or IT

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field. 

Experience in Agile project management and continuous development models.  

Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional matrixed teams. 

Demonstrated proficiency of productivity tools including Microsoft Teams, Google Workplace, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 Suite 

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills appreciated.
