Description

Inframark is looking for a Compensation/HR Data Analyst in the HR Department. This is a remote position.

This is a diverse and exciting role with a significant opportunity to positively influence a growth-oriented organization that is committed to thriving talent and teams! The HR Analyst will provide support across a broad array of HR disciplines including compensation, benefits, metrics, and workforce development. The HR Analyst will work on initiatives related to bringing technology, reporting and analysis, project management, business process improvements, and efficiencies to the HR team. This is a professional data analyst role working in a Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Compensation & Benefits Manager with compensation administration and execution including, but not limited to, base pay administration and analysis, merit planning, bonus payout, and development of job descriptions.
  • Identifies and participates in surveys as needed. Performs research, external benchmarking, and makes recommendation about best practices for various policies and programs.
  • Prepares HR metrics to support quarterly trade reviews, board reporting, and other needs.
  • Develops new sources of data and creates measures that add business intelligence and drive value for the organization.
  • Develops ways for data to be easily accessible and digestible to decision makers.
  • Supports HRIS team with report generation and overall integrity of job data.
  • Identifies and recommends business process improvements and efficiencies that leverage technology.
  • Assists with audits and compliance, including benefit plan audits, EEO and Affirmative Action Plans, and tracking other compliance related obligations across the team.
  • Enables the team's efficient use of file sharing technologies and ensure process documentation and SOPs are kept current.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Proficient in the use of modern technology and applications.
  • Be a wizard with Microsoft Excel and data visualization software and a fast learner for any other systems/platforms.

  • Work in partnership with the HR Team and the business to understand their goals and develop the best solutions.
  • Have the ability communicate and consult with people of different levels, up to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay current on latest HR-related regulatory factors, technologies and best practices through continuous learning and development.


Education, Experience and Skills

Education/Experience:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in an HR environment.


Licenses/Certifications:
  • PHR/SHRM-CP/CCP/CEBS Certification desirable.


Technical:
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and internet. Experience with interactive data visualization software such as Power BI. Ability to identify and use best practices. Demonstrates general knowledge of HR practices and technology.

  • Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. Asks for constructive feedback. Communicates detailed information.


Problem Solving & Quality:

Physical Demands

The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are generally done to perform job responsibilities. The employee will occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
